Our printer AMC service ensures that your printing devices remain in optimal working condition throughout the year. We offer comprehensive maintenance and support for all major brands and models of printers, including multifunction printers (MFPs).

- Scheduled service visits (Typically quarterly or as agreed) for cleaning, inspection and preventive care.
- Checking and fire-tuning components to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
♦ Breakdown Support:
- Unlimited or limited (Based on contract) service calls for breakdown repairs.
- Rapid response time to minimize downtime.
♦ Parts and Consumables:
- Option 1: Comprehensive AMC – Includes the cost of labour, spare parts (Except consumables like toner, drum units, etc.), and repairs.
- Option 2: Non – Comprehensive AMC – Includes labour and service charges only; parts are charged separately when needed.
♦ Technical Support:
- Telephone, remote and onsite support during business hours.
